We had a good stay (room was comfortable), but it did seem a bit warm (we moved the small couch away from the wall AC unit and it seemed to help). We do believe having anything in front of an AC wall unit does block the return of the flow of air. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary and originally said buffet, but when we arrived Saturday morning to breakfast, it was not buffet and actually took longer than we expected and we had to rush through breakfast. Sunday morning was better and we were even able to get a kids’ menu. The communication about a change in management would have helped for customers to understand the change.

Was a very unpleasant stay. Shower had minuscule water pressure (like a drip), killed a roach, got two flat tires in the parking lot, the carpet was nasty and sticky, and water leaking in 3rd floor entry way and floor was extremely slick, hot, etc. The staff was very friendly and provided a quick check in process.

Older hotel going through some renovations Rooms were clean and relatively quiet considering the hotel is on a busy road. I think once the renovations are complete it will be a great place to stay

Front desk staff was excellent, other hotel staff such as housekeeping, maintenance, and construction were super friendly and made us feel so welcomed. The beat mattress from a hotel weve ever slept on!

The staff was all very helpful and pleasant. The decor of this place was beautiful. The food taste like home cooked meals. The bar was a time. Overall hads down 5 out of 5 star hotel. Even while under construction renovations.
