"This was actually not a fancy hotel--it was pretty bare bones. BUT--the staff was WONDERFUL. The room was very clean. And we slept like babies. The bed was very comfortable! We will definitely stay here again."

"We had to unexpectedly book a room due to delayed flights and A/C out at our house. Emilio was very pleasant at check-in. The room assigned to us had NOT been cleaned. Trash in both trash cans, filthy tabletop of crumbs and countertops that had spills that had not been wiped down. Mess in the bathroom sink. No linens on the bed and minimal towels in the bathroom. We requested another room and were told they were “full”. We ended up making our own bed, which was nothing more than a thin mattress on a metal frame, to expedite the process. Emilio did his best to assist us, and we are grateful for that. We were told at checkout that they “only have 3 maids to clean all the rooms.” I think management needs to have better oversight on what those 3 maids are doing. We chose this location because of excellent reviews, convenience to where we needed to be, and price. It didn’t work out the way we had hoped. The front desk did apologize for the mess; however, it wasn’t their fault to apologize for. This rating reflects the room condition and lack of attention to detail on the cleaning staff NOT the staff we encountered during our stay. I have stayed at Extended Stays before and had hoped for a better experience at this one."

"Do not stay here if you book through an outside agency like Expedia. You are not appreciated. We booked two rooms. One was dirty, smelled odd. We asked/received a replacement room. They were cleaning an ac unit in the parking lot by the entry. Elevator creeks and grumbles. Breakfast was good. Day staff was curt, unfriendly."

"We were in town for the weekend for an event and this was a nice quiet place to stay. The room was clean and it appears to have had some updates done (flooring, mirror that defrosts, artwork, etc.), and the evening staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was a little on the hard side and maybe some softer towels would be a good addition, but overall, it was a safe and clean place to spend a weekend. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Belton!"
