"No laundry, no ice on any of the machines accoding ro front desk. We found one working on 2nd floor. We were there for a soccer tournament and we were gathering around the breakfast area and they wanted us to go to our rooms. We were not being noisy just talking. Tvs not working and roaches in our room. Not staying in there ever again. "

"Not sure why the parking lot has a sign saying we need to pay for parking. The parking lot is huge and not many cars there, probably less than 10% occupied. Hotel did wave our parking fees. Just wondering why it has the sign in the first place. Staff are nice. The bathroom sink was clogged but still usable. Only one elevator was available. The other one was in maintenance or something. Probably better to check with hotel if it has been fixed before you book."

"They did not have a double bed room Available when we arrived despite my reservation. They ended up placing us in the handicap room in order to accommodate us into a double bed. The room had a smell the hallways also had a bad smell. Overall not very impressed. "

"Hotel was nice & everything was clean. The AC in our room would not get cold. They also may have painted before we got there because the smell was strong. We got in late, so I did not contact the front desk, but she did apologize & gave me some Hilton Reward points. "

"The staff were amazing and the room was very clean. We were playing next door at the sports center and the ability to walk back and forth in less than 5 min was the best. The breakfast was so good and had plenty of healthy options for my athlete to fuel up. Added bonus, it’s only a 4 min drive to the outlet mall!! If ever we have to come back to Round Rock, we will definitely be staying here again! "
