"My room was not ready like it was supposed to be at 4:00 so I did not even get checked in totally until 5:00. The toilet was running on and off all night. the pool area was closed and I wanted to swim but could not do that and that was one of my main reasons for even going there. the windows was severely dirty. you had to pay for breakfast when I said it was included. Oh yeah when I got there found out I had to give $100 deposit when I was never told that when I booked the room"

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a cool modern look that made it feel a little more special than your average hotel. The staff really stood out—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. It’s always a big plus when you feel taken care of without it feeling forced. The location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to check out, which made getting around super easy. Overall, it was just a really smooth, enjoyable experience.
