Other things were beyond anyone's control. The host was very communicative and informative; the young lady that met me to give me the key was also very pleasant and informative. "Booked this hotel for one night, walking distance to the train station. We arrived @ 11:00am and to our surprise the room was ready, so that was a plus! Room was clean, bed very comfortable, spacious bathroom and they kept our luggage for the day after check out. Front desk staff was very polite. We were very pleased with this hotel! "
