"The hotel itself was very nice and clean and the staff were great. The only actual problem was the parking was horrendous. I had paid for a parking spot then when I came back and there were no spots available I was told sorry it is first come first serve, its either I pay for a spot which guarantees me a spot since i paid for it or its free parking and its first come first serve, it cant be both. Aside from parking the hotel itself was nice but I would only stay here again if the parking is fixed or I didn't have a car."

"Ocean was visible from our veranda. View was great. No AC, but the morning and evening breezes were great. Room is compact, but well planned.... you want to get out most of the day anyways (you're in Hawaii), and just crash at night."

"It was very comfortable and convenient. We were able to park right below our unit the entire stay. We used the outdoor grill to BBQ. We also visited the pool. Everything was nice and the location was great 👍 "

"The room was the most poorly equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Very few kitchen utensils, tiny skillets, tiny coffee pot. No food storage bags or covered containers. Rusty freezer. The outside facilities were nice, clean pool and hot tub, nice gas grills. Not enough umbrellas for shade. Stayed in E3, below street level. Would not recommend."

"The room was tidy but it was dirty. The floors are a dark vinyl tile and i dont think they had been mopped in a long time. Our feet and socks became black on the bottom just from walking around the room. I think that due to the dark colour of the floor the cleaners cannot see this. There were also a number of long black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. We will not be returning as who wants to worry about dirty feet when you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night?"

"My parents and I stayed in room 309 for 3 nights. Overall, we have a great vacation time here. Good: 1) Great location, walking distance to the restaurants and grocery stores. 2) Extraordinary views from the lanai, even better than expected. Although we live in the north-facing room, the side view of the ocean is also great, and the lagoon and mountain give more diversity. 3) Provide everything we need, from a fully equipped kitchen to all of the beach supplies. Great for a family vacation. Several acceptable drawbacks: 1) The check-in process is not really smooth. I know I made the reservation just the night before. But I did not get any check-in instructions. After we arrived, the front office was closed, and we didn't know who to consult. Fortunately, the emergency number works, and a staff member contacted me within 30 minutes to give us the code and let us in. 2) The whole building is a little old, even though it was carefully cleaned; some dust can be seen in the corner. There was a smell when we arrived, and we had to keep the lanai door open for several hours to refresh the air in the room. 3) The living room becomes crowded when I unfold the sofa bed. We have to fold it every morning and unfold it every night. 4) The laundry room opens 8 am-7 pm daily, a little inconvenient for me since I am used to doing laundry at night. "
