"The room was unreasonably small, and basic amenities such as toothpaste and a shower cap were not provided. I understand that hotels in Hong Kong are expensive, but this was not a budget hotel either. The hair dryer was of very poor quality, worse than what I’ve experienced in many mainland China hotels, despite the hotel being labeled as a five-star property.
The only aspect I truly appreciated was the dining. One restaurant on the first floor was decent and had a luxurious feel. However,...
