The hotel experience is good. Kids have an indoor playground and outdoor pool to play. Both facilities are not too big, can spend 20-30 mins each. Buffet breakfast has good variety and tastes okay. Overall it was a great experience.

Great, well maintained hotel that can cater to your every requirement. The hotel could benefit from having a gym on the premises, and the 8th floor windows shouldn't be blocked so that guests with young children who couldnt stay at Disneyland until 8pm can view the fireworks from the hotel. Staff are also openly watching guests at the breakfast buffet - please give guests some space whilw they enjoy their meals. Overall a great family stay, with plenty of free activities for families.
