"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and pleasant. My sister who walks with a walker had an issue navigating the stairs at the breakfast buffet and the staff at the restaurant made accommodations for her so she didn’t have to struggle to get to the buffet"

"We love the Bayfront area of Miami and this was our first time staying at the InterContinental. Very clean, loved the view from our room, staff was friendly and helpful and it was super convenient to all the things we love in that area. Also bonus to have a Starbucks in the hotel. We stayed for 4 days before getting on a cruise and 1 more day after the cruise. Great place! We will be staying there again for sure! "
