"There was a staff member who was so wonderful. The front desk said all 1st floor rooms were taken. We got the second floor room that was all the way down the corridor. The supervisor of Room cleaning saw us struggling and said we could have a room on the first floor that she just finished cleaning. We think her name was Renee, but she was the supervisor. What an angel."

Breakfast was really nice with waffles, eggs sausages, yoghurt etc. This hotel is excellent value and in a really good location close to the everglades and key west. Few eating places within walking distance."
