"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t have any issues with parking near my room, and the service was good. I only had one problem: for some reason, the hotel charged my card twice on different days. The manager agreed to reverse one of the transactions, but now I don’t know when the money will be returned to my account. This situation affected my plans during my stay in Florida."

"Rooms are dirty, the towels, pillowcases and sheets have stain and human hair. Smells bad and the carpet is extremely dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Horrible. "
