"We stayed one night during our travels. We got upgraded to a suite which I don’t know why. But it had 2 rooms with kitchen. The Craftsman Restaurant was attached to our building so didn’t walk far. Food was awesome. The bed couldn’t been softer but it was a great stay. "

"Great place, friendly staff, but low attention to details: - rooms and coridors are smelling due to old carpets which acculate dirt. They better be removed - not possibe to enter the gym - card cannot be used and it requires a code which was not communicated at check in - great kitchen, but no tea bags - high room price, but no breakfast, even for additonal pay And, aquapark is paid separatelly - $33/person. The room price inclused a pool and a hot tub."

"The booking Expedia put my family of four in a King suite with one bed instead of a room with two double beds. It was a busy weekend and there were no other rooms available. I slept on a chair and my son slept on a mattress on the floor."

"If hotels want great reviews it isn't rocket science. One thing you can't do is run the hotel like it's not a full-time job. I think that is what is lacking here. Too many simple fixes with a little effort to critique."

"Hotel was great for accepted students day at Cortland. Centrally located, very easy to park, very clean and comfortable. No carpets in the rooms which felt so much more clean. Kitchen in our room was also amazing with a full size fridge. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!"

"We had a very quick one night stay. It was fine for that. The elevators could use a fresh paint job and the plumbing in the rooms was very loud when you turn on the sink. Clearly an older building. However, what was most disappointing was the inaccurate information about the amenities. I chose this hotel because of the free hotel airport shuttle. When I called before I arrived in Syracuse to confirm shuttle arrangements, I was told that that the shuttle is not offered after 4pm on Sundays through Tuesday. So we had to Uber. Also, the hotel listed that there is a restaurant onsite. We planned to go there for a quick breakfast. But, once we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. So the amenities that are listed are not fully available. These limited hours should be listed online. False advertising is not good customer service."
