"Our room was spacious and comfortable. Food at the restaurant on site was good but expensive. Not much selection within walking distance. Valet parking staff were very responsive and quick. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Overall a great hotel but next time we would choose a hotel in a less crowded area. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The room was spacious which was a plus, but the bed was not as comfortable. The bathroom was too small and the toilet water had a very bad odor. Cumberland mall was very convenient, but too far from downtown. Overall, great stay. "

"The mattress had a dip in it, refrigerator didn’t work or just wouldn’t get cool or cold! Only 2 face cloth in bathroom so next morning had track down house keeping to get extra bc front desk wasn’t any help. Only one elevator was working which kept long wait times but breakfast was good!"

"Room was decent but was not cleaned well at all. We had to move from our first room because of a strange smell to which the front desk person was extremely accommodating. Our second room was better but I kept finding long hairs all over the bathroom. Counters did not look cleaned and sink handle was almost too dirty to touch. Floor was sticky and I wore my shoes the entire time. However, I used the gym in the morning which was actually quite nice - various machines, towels, weights. Sweet staff but cleaning needs improvement. "

"No one came to my room during my entire 4 day stay to refresh or even clean it. I even contacted the concierge that had reached out to me and she confirmed that cleaning would come by on day 2. Still, no one ever came. This was extremely disappointing considering I paid almost $1500 to stay there and I know that is not the brand."
