The midtown location is perfect - right next door to the MARTA Arts Center Station. We walked to Piedmont Park and the Botanical Gardens. "

The culinary staff is my next favorite thing here. They pride themselves on the guest culinary experience and they do not disappoint. I enjoy eating at their restaurant, Reverence, every time but equally enjoy the offerings poolside for lunch. The food is always amazing. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property. "

"Nice size studio. Was happy with the cleanliness and amenities. The neighborhood was lovely and made for a nice walk. We appreciated the free parking, which is very convenient to have in the Atlanta area. The gas stove was our only complaint. It had one working burner and when you tried to turn on the oven it just tried igniting a burner and wouldn’t turn on. "

"Twelve Midtown was everything! It’s located near shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. We stayed for three nights during Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter weekend and the location wasn’t too far from the Mercedes Benz stadium. It’s very clean and the decor gives a modern feel. The full kitchen and in-unit washer & dryer are a plus and it made it feel like we had everything we needed in one location.
