"Hotel room was nice and modern. Beds very comfortable. Walking distance to Symphony Hall for an evening concert. Buffet was excellent. Above all, customer service upon late evening check-in was excellent and a special shout out to Justin at front desk who was extremely helpful in letting us know what sights to see around town.
