Fantastic hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast was slightly limited but still really good.

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

Loved how close to cruise port it was. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable.

The concierge staff is very helpful and communication in English is easy. They've been very helpful with sorting out the luggage transfer for us to Osaka. They're breakfast is amazing as well!

Loved this place. Location is excellent and then hotel generally has a really nice vibe. The on site coffee shop and bar are both great and do amazing drinks. The rooms are basic but perfectly serviceable. Showers are hot and powerful. Beds are comfortable and amenities available. Only issues we had were that our room wasn’t cleaned as we were advised it would be halfway through our stay. We raised twice with reception but unfortunately it never happened. Great location just behind Yokohama train station (as the name suggests). Short walk to the station and lots of shops and bars around the local area for anything you need. Staff were amazing, the room was large, bright and clean with comfortable beds!

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff.
