Fantastic hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast was slightly limited but still really good.

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

Great location just behind Yokohama train station (as the name suggests). Short walk to the station and lots of shops and bars around the local area for anything you need. Staff were amazing, the room was large, bright and clean with comfortable beds!

Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. Tokyo Dome Hotel is a good place to stay and I would recommend that anyone visiting the city considers it. It is in an excellent location, next to the Tokyo Dome itself (obviously), some shops, a funfair and a railway station. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are bigger than I expected. The staff are very professional and friendly but for international travellers, be aware that very little English is spoken in the hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff. I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

I think I’ll stay here every time I travel to Tokyo. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious with breathtaking views. Great transport links to the underground metro and the swanky yarikamome line. It’s more on the 5 star side than 4 star. Will definitely be back.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!
