"Plenty clean where it counts (sanitary, no bugs, etc), though there were candy wrappers on the floor of our room, and a toenail on the bedside table, which necessitated a closer inspection to make sure it was indeed not filthy underlying. We arrived late at night, booked here instead of somewhere a bit cheaper because of the pool. The pool was cloudy and by morning it was closed, so useless. A closet door handle was hanging off (all it would take is screwing in two screws), and there was an open socket in one of the lights. Front desk couldn't find a bulb, so I had to make sure the kids knew so as not to electrocute themselves reaching for a switch. This seems to be the way of low-mid overnight road trip spots now. Bare minimum. It wasn't gross, it wasn't buggy, but there was nothing great."

"Good central location with plenty of free parking. Room was sparkling clean, bed so comfortable we were sad to only be staying one night. Valerie at front desk was kind enough to check to see if room ready prior to check-in so we could check-in a bit earlier. It was and when we arrived, Valerie was quick and efficient getting us checked in. Unfortunately, we didn't find the breakfast as wonderful as other reviewers. Eggs were all gone when we got to breakfast at 8:15. Asked for more but Valerie said that night person had not left out additional and they were frozen solid. No fresh fruit left either. Very limited hot choices. Good waffles, though. In spite of negatives (forgot to mention printer in "business center" either needed fresh ink or deep cleaning as printed only spotty and faded sheets), we would most likely still stay here again."

"My room on the 3rd floor next to the elevator was very quiet and clean. The only mark against this room was that the smoke detector was laying on the dresser and not attached to the wiring on the ceiling. Notified the front desk when I checked out and she just shrugged it off as no big deal."

"Hotel was comfortable and inviting! Rooms were very clean and the employees were kind and helpful! Very positive experience and in a good location."

"Everything was great, except the chips and salsa. The chips were directly out of a bag or box. The kind of chips served were chips that are actually supposed to be dropped into a fryer to crisp up, finished with salt. They were stiff thin wedges that tasted like cardboard. The salsa was not salsa. Basically, it was raw vegetables thrown together with no seasoning. The texture would be a hard spread. I voiced my concern with the waitress and with the concierge at check out."

"Very nice gym Bathroom was tiny. Toilet must have come from an elementary school! Seriously that small and low to the floor. I’m 6’1” and 280. Ridiculous! Breakfast not included. As advertised but still annoying these days where often some fairly acceptable food is provided"
