"New modern hotel close to airport like 7-8 min taxi ride . Friendly staff and great price . We left too early for breakfast but they offered to make a bagged breakfast ."

"Great hotel with friendly staff"

"It is a comfortable and clean property. The only issue we faced was while check-in. The person on duty was very rude and was not ready to listen to our point. We were travelling with a 4 months old baby and we reached hotel around 2:00pm. I had booked an extra night to avoid waiting long for the check-in time. The person at the reception was very rude and kept insisting in waiting without listening to our whole point. He was almost ready to fight. Moreover I had spoken to their customer support 2 days in advance to avoid such scenario and they assured me there won’t be any troubles during the check-in but this person at the counter disregarded the whole thing said “Our customer teams are are sitting in Lyon. We are not connected to them and I cannot help. You need to wait.” Then after him calming down he gave us a very nominal room at first floor whereas we booked a room on upper floor with some extra amenities, like full minibar. Unfortunately we did not get to experience any of it because of the rude staff. The stay was okay if you don’t need to interact either the staff, a bit out of the main city, clean and quiet."

"You have to book cleaning asap, otherwise they won’t clean your room/replace your towels. For a four night stay we didn’t get a single cleaning even though we were told there’s mandatory cleaning days. The location was a good 12mn walk from the metro station, other than that it’s good, you get what you pay for. "

"This hotel is very clean with a friendly staff. It’s in a safe business district and an easy 8 minute walk to the metro. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again. "

"The shuttle bus works from 6.15 am till noon time and from 17.15 PM.. we took the bus from the T3 to the bus station facing the hotel. breakfast is 25 Euro if you buy it from the hotel. room is clean , spacious , including safe box and mini bar. areovillle shopping mall is 5 min walk , use your GPS to get directions . friendly staff at the hotel. we used the shuttle to go 6.15 to the aeroport .. it takes 15 min .."
