"breakfast staff and the bar staff were brill, thank you all.
The only thing that was missing in the room was a hairdryer, I thought there would be one, as 99% of the time they are always in the rooms.
Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!"

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place.
The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. But they were never hanging around us.

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Nice location and nice room. Really good staff and service and room very comfortable. Everything is well organised.
If I have to be critical, there was no free wi-fi and £12 for 24 hours seemed a bit steep. I was only there for a single night but longer stays would be either without wi-fi or quite expensive for access

We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again.
It was close to the station and bus routes, shops restaurants etc.
From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy .
The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

Quirky townhouse boutique hotel. Lovely staff and great location. Didn’t receive the VIP upgrade despite it being on booking and hotel showing availability.
Didn’t ruin our stay though the previous guests underwear in the room was an unwelcome gift.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! We were given alcoholic welcome drinks on arrival
In the beautiful new bar and showed around personally by the lovely Katerina. Will definitely be staying here again when we...

Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern with really helpful staff. Room was lovely with a king sized bed and a wet room like shower/toilet. Room has a large TV with a docking speaker, handy for iPods (I was delighted as it ment we could play Xmas music!) plus a mini...

We walked in and the first thing we saw was a smile, from then until the end of our stay people were smiling, staff and guests alike. What a wonderful experience made all the better by the best set of employees I have ever come across. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet cul-de-sac boutique hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed and the common areas are wonderfully homey in a grand home kind of way. The service is outstanding, with a handwritten note welcoming you into the room. And we loved the library...Our only disappointment was how small the well-appointed room was - even for London standards -- definitely single file walking round the bed; the bathroom was nearly as big as the room and contained every comfort known...
