"The room was very clean, the reception staff were very helpful and polite. We also had a room upgrade as the hotel was at nearly full capacity which was much appreciated and enjoyed."

"I had a lovely 6 night stay at the Indigo Hotel. My room was clean with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and had a wonderful spa shower with full size toiletries and a robe & slippers upon request. The complimentary snacks were great! My room was a bit cold and I was unable to adjust the heat. I did ask about it and was told it would be adjusted, but did not notice a difference and just wore more clothes at night. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and I would love to stay there again!"

There was an unexpected deposit and so I was just nervous we would get charged for this but they didn't. Felt nice and safe!"
