Very nice, clean, friendly staff. Drinks not so good. Food was average for the most part. Pool bar tenders need improvement in attentiveness and quality of drinks. They seem to be more interested in talking to coworkers than serving drinks. Premium on the preferred package was not worth the cost. The excursion seem to all run through Amstar and are safe but boring and spend more time trying to sell coffee, cocoa and cigars than having fun. The place is very nice and the beaches are very pretty but for all the extra expense. Mexico is a much better value.
