The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me check-in early. The room was very clean, everything worked, great shower too which is always a bonus. The location is very close to the airport metro station and to yellow and purple lines too. It was my first visit to Delhi and I'm glad is chose this property.

The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . We arrived at 5am as our flight was cancelled, the manager allowed us to keep the room until 4pm free of charge and also included a complimentary breakfast. Both really appreciated after our delayed journey. In all excellent customer service.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable.

The staff was very helpful,proffesional and polite.The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful.The live music was very relaxing and entertaining.
The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative.
The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.

Bit far from anything but probably the best value hotel in Delhi. Food in three restaurants is excellent. Can get a little noisy as weddings are held in surrounding facilities. As a reward, you can see several Indian wedding ceremonies from the height of your room or walk along the road and see up to fife weddings simultaneously. Good chance you get invited. Very well maintained property with tempered pool and all facilities one could wish for.
