Hotel Edison Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel. Great location. Clean and modernized. Grab and Go breakfast included which was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. "
"Excellent hotel. Great location in UWS. Walkability to restaurants, bars, subway outstanding. Staff took care of all requests (such as fresh bed sheets, holding luggage on getaway day). Rooms are tad small. Heard some neighbors late night once). Otherwise, great stay and I’ll be back. "
"Great location in a very historic and nicely renovated building. Smaller but comfortable rooms with top quality bedding and towels.
Adjoining is the Nice Matin restaurant - top notch for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, all kinds of dining, coffee and cocktail opportunities with 2 blocks, and we felt comfortable on the street, although we were generally back at the hotel by 10:00. The neighborhood is vibrant and busy - and very normal.
Subway just a block away to go afield, and lots of Uber available for alternate travel. Walking distance to Museum of Natural History, Central Park, and even the Met Museum.
