Exception hotel and grounds. Immaculately clean. Given time of year, Christmas, staff very professional and friendly. Only complaint I had was with security at the lighthouse end. Not consistent with their approach. Felt we were targeted while others walked through no questions asked. Would recommend this hotel

Lovely small boutique hotel with roof terrace.

The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools. The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.

I have 2 daughters 15 & 12 and we stayed at the hotel this Easter. From the moment our booking was made until the moment we left we were made to feel welcome and were looked after excellently. The staff were friendly and attentive from the reception desk staff, to the bar staff and the chamber maids - always smiling. Excellent hotel, return stay after a brilliant holiday last year. Hotel has all that you need, staff , entertainment, food and amenities brilliant.

The hotel is huge and takes a bit of getting used to to get around it but the staff cannot do enough to help, whether in the restaurant or house keeping. It is situated across the road from the beach, and the promenade walk to nearby Maspalomas is lovely. Breakfast offers a great selection of food, all tastes catered for. Superb hotel in the best location on the island. Lovely rooms, sea views, great food and drinks all delivered by a great team. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will be back.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that we were staying in a 5* hotel. We were greeted with cava upon arrival and the staff accommodated our needs.

Although this complex is not close to the beach , transport to the beach was provided for those not keen to stroll for 15 minutes , but the pool and sunbeds were very nice indeed , with a superb bar constantly available . the local area itself is ok, but a little walk away is a buzzing centre with nice shops , bars , and restaurants , but the hotel complex itself is very attractive . We loved our stay. Clean, lovely pools, kids enjoyed the slides, arcade and activities. Food was lovely and enjoyed that we could walk to the beach and then up to the town I would highly recommend

It should be mentioned,however, that when arriving at this hotel travellers with suitcases request their transport/taxis to go to the rear entrance/fire exit to avoid the 59 steps that take you to the front entrance / reception. The steps are quite manageable once you have no suitcases to lug up with you.

Staff very efficient and looking after all guests needs. Hotel rooms spotless daily cleaning service. Second stay in hotel within 6 months hope to return later in year.

Lovely hotel in the older part of Las Palmas. Room was midern and clean. Hotel staff excellent. Surrounding area had plenty of really good restaurants to chosse from. Bar on the roof of hotel was good and reasonably priced. Gad a great four days.

I want to go back again, loved it. All staff very friendly, pool excellent, food fantastic. Very spacious rooms and balcony, fabulous views over the bay. Great beach, very safe and clean. I would recommend this hotel, a bit of luxury.
