Exception hotel and grounds. Immaculately clean. Given time of year, Christmas, staff very professional and friendly. Only complaint I had was with security at the lighthouse end. Not consistent with their approach. Felt we were targeted while others walked through no questions asked. Would recommend this hotel

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that we were staying in a 5* hotel. We were greeted with cava upon arrival and the staff accommodated our needs.

The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools. The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.

I have 2 daughters 15 & 12 and we stayed at the hotel this Easter. From the moment our booking was made until the moment we left we were made to feel welcome and were looked after excellently. The staff were friendly and attentive from the reception desk staff, to the bar staff and the chamber maids - always smiling. The hotel is huge and takes a bit of getting used to to get around it but the staff cannot do enough to help, whether in the restaurant or house keeping. It is situated across the road from the beach, and the promenade walk to nearby Maspalomas is lovely. Breakfast offers a great selection of food, all tastes catered for. Superb hotel in the best location on the island. Lovely rooms, sea views, great food and drinks all delivered by a great team. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will be back.

Large complex, would not like to visit during School Holidays. During peak time, July/August I believe it would be too busy & crowded.

Mogan is the most beautiful little village , and the Hotel cordial mogan playa was a dream . Everything you need is there , from facilities to food to entertainment to staff it had it all . I will definetly be returning back at least once a year for the amazing sunshine and blissful surroundings . Highly recommended .

This hotel is just incredible! Upon arriving at the hotel you will be just shell shocked with it's size and beauty, it has the best entrance to a hotel I've ever been too and I've visited a lot of hotels! Lovely hotel in the older part of Las Palmas. Room was midern and clean. Hotel staff excellent. Surrounding area had plenty of really good restaurants to chosse from. Bar on the roof of hotel was good and reasonably priced. Gad a great four days.
