Came here for a business trip over 3 days. The service was incredible from start to finish, everyone was so kind and helpful.
The room was spotless, all of the toiletries smelt incredible.
The rooftop pool is small and a perfect temperature. This was a welcome oasis after a long day. I often got the whole roof to myself!
This was the best bed I’ve ever slept in, and hope to come and stay here again very soon.

From the moment we stepped out of our airport transfer,we were met by the super friendly and helpful staff of The Serras...within a few moments our bags were inside and we were sipping a glass of Cava whilst we checked in. The hotel is fabulous...clean,stylish and smells wonderful!! We were shown around the hotel ,to help us get our bearings - as though we were old friends of the family - we were shown the stunning rooftop terrace...given a little history of the building(Picasso's first...

A fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Close to fantastic restaurants and local amenities. 5 minutes walk from La Rambla and Port Vell. Modern chic rooms with a roof terrace and pool. I honestly can not wait to go back again!
Great for first time visitors and regulars alike.

A brilliant place with an excellent location, superb staff and comfortable accommodation. The breakfasts were great and there is a great tapas bar associated with the hotel. The dinner menu is Catalonian and the food is great although on the expensive side.

These apartments are perfectly located in Barcelona, just 3 minutes walk from the Cathedral and less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stops in Plaza to Catalunya.
The apartment was nothing less than spectacular. It was large, spotlessly clean and all the equipment was brand new. It came fitted with a safe, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee machine.
This is an apartment that you can seriously live in permanently.
The staff were professional an friendly. We were able to leave...

Very nice hotel in a great location in the centre of Barcelona. Newly renovated and well worth staying here now, it’s been done up very nicely with the rooms and public areas all being great. The staff here were very friendly, hospitable and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights. Nice hotel, clean rooms, good location. Swimming pool is fantastic for the pre dinner dip after a long day. Cant fault it and walking distance to most things. Would happily go back again

The Neri met our highest expectations. Set in a quiet, narrow carrer by the cathedral and overlooking a small square with a tragic history, the building itself dates from the twelfth century yet offers all the comforts and style one would hope to find. Room design, furnishings and equipment all up to a high standard; staff service exemplary.
I registered just one complaint: public areas, library/breakfast room and restaurant have piped muzak entirely out of keeping with the surroundings and...

This was honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The room I was given was perfect - everything was clean and tidy, and they left you chocolates every night in your bed! The staff are so attentive and helpful throughout. I loved the rooftop pool, it has some great views of the city including Sagrada Familia. It is small, so do get there early if you want a sunbed! The location is great, a throws away from the Gothic Quarter, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. I had a great...

Great central location and comfortable rooms, the outstanding memories are the friendliness of the reception team, esp. Enrico, and the rooftop bar, restaurant, and plunge pool. Would 100% recommend!
