We had a fantastic stay at Ilford Grand Apartments. The apartment was absolutely lovely – spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the entire space had a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We appreciated the attention to detail and how well everything was organized. Would definitely...

This is the best premier inn we have been! Amazing place and very clean. They’ve had iron and iron board and even a hair dryer.

Very nice room with good amenities. Comfortable bed and good shower

Great hotel stay, easy check in, lovely and comfortable room and a tasty buffet breakfast. Was a last minute booking for our trip to see Oasis and loved every minute of our trip. Thank you Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel is excellent, room very comfortable, king size bed massive, everything spotlessly clean and the food both evening meal and breakfast is excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel and will definitely stay there again next time we are in London. Highly recommended.

I took my daughter as a surprise for her 30th birthday to the Sunborn Yacht. We received a friendly welcome in the stunning reception area, and they stored our luggage until check-in time, whilst we had lovely afternoon tea I'd booked prior to arrival. It was £40, but included a cocktail, unlimited tea and coffee, and delicious fresh sandwiches, scones and patisserie. We were given an upgraded cabin, which was wonderful, and everything we could have hoped for : waterside view and balcony, and...

Delightful stay :) perfect location for our trip to the Westfield for shopping! Love the style of the hotel, some front of house staff could do with a lesson in smiling but same could be said for many people we came across on our trip. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others if visiting the area :)
