"It was a quick stay but it was very nice!"

"This was a great stay. My room was clean, everything was in good condition, the mini fridge kept all my food cold and the microwave was clean and worked. The bathroom was really nice, too. Breakfast was included every morning with pretty decent selections and good coffee. There are a lot of decent places to eat nearby too. Zero complaints & would stay here again if back in the area. "

"I spent so much money at this hotel. They claimed to accommodate service dogs. However the management harassed me saying my dog smelled bad. She was extremely rude and unempathetic to my situation. Its extremely disrespectful and disheartening to have to be approached about this . I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. She later told me I would no longer be accommodated at all.. she's completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a service animal or without for that matter.. thanks for the embarrassing stay.. you sure know how to make people feel welcomed"

"This hotel was great! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. It was very clean and a great size property. All the amenities were great and useful, especially the microwave and in room fridge. It was also nice to have so much around the hotel, such as Target, restaurants, etc. I would definitely come back here and recommend this property."

"We have stayed at this Marriott many times. The area of Pasadena was once flourishing , but now sadly it has started to look run down. Many restaurants and stores have left this area. It’s too bad."
