"this was a family stay for two nights to attend a soccer tournament. The staff was professional, informative, and very helpful. The room was clean and very accommodating. We didn’t use the pool or outdoor space. My husband and son enjoyed the breakfast. I would like to see more vegan options during breakfast."

"well, just so you know they will tell you when you get there that you need to pay them CASH as some type of deposit, rather than just using the card you used to book with so if you dont have cash, you cant stay and but you can use their ATM and pay a fee. all for them to not even check the room for whatever damages the measly $20 was for. we had to check out at 2am and took forever for someone to ask if the door was shut so i could get my $20 back. went to the office to get clean towels around 8 pm but they apparently dont have a key to the laundry room for the building they own/run. like they dont keep any accessible for customers when they may not be able to access anything? kind of absurd. then the lady got all crazy with me when i told her it was crazy that they dont have that stuff on hand for people staying. i would not stay here again"
