Clean hotel. Excellent staff and amenities. Great location near airport. Very quiet. The only negative is the sound proofing of the rooms. One can hear the keys opening up other rooms in the hallway and one can also hear the footstep in the room above.

The facility is clean and new. Breakfast was adequate, but parking was horrendous. I think people park there for the restaurant, and I'm not sure if it's combined with the apartment nearby, but it was difficult to find parking at all times.

Five stars for the Element Ontario! The location is a game-changer for shows at Toyota Arena—it’s just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless and felt very safe. This was an amazing place to stay for an event at the Toyota Center. We stayed late with my wife and just walked to our room. The Room was very clean and organized. It was more like a small apartment, I wish I would have stayed for a few days. The restaurant next door is just amazing. We ate there 2 times and both times it was a great service. With the outlets very close by, it is just very centrally located.

This is a very clean and comfortable property. The staff was so friendly and very helpful, and the restaurant attached to the lobby had a nice mix of menu options. My only complaint was the music playing in the courtyard on Friday night was a little too loud. It played until around 10:30pm, then the hotel was peaceful and quiet. I'd absolutely stay here again.
