I stayed at this hotel over Halloween weekend and enjoyed my stay. I was able to use the hot tub, laundry mat, and free shuttle from Ontario Airport. My only hiccup was that I called early that day to be picked up at the airport, and the shuttle arrived about 15 minutes late. The studio is spacious for two people. I enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals. The bedding is comfortable, and they provided hypoallergenic bedding. Another note to make about the room is that the blackout roll-down curtains allowed us to sleep in late into the morning. We were able to do a late checkout for $6,0 which seemed reasonable for 2 pm, and an early check-in at 9 am for $25.

The air conditioning in the room is motion sensitive, the lowest you can set it is 68°, 69° but it will consistently turn off once you stop moving around the room. So you wake up in the middle of the night baking at 74° because the sensor has no idea that you just might be sleeping at 2:30am. The staff are outstanding, they have great laundry machines available , the location is great. But they should fire whoever thought motion sensitive climate control would ever pass in a beautiful hotel. Good luck if you choose this place

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would stay here again! I've stayed at many hotels typically Ayres, Best Western, Holiday INN but never Hyatt and honestly I was impressed by how nice of a hotel Hyatt is operating here. The hotel lobby is very modern and you really feel that modern look the second you walk through the front doors. Our room was clean, very modern design and the bed was wonderful. I wanted to take that bed home!:) Now my only complaint with that room is I was visiting from a colder mountain region and that AC system can't go lower then 68. That I really didn't like. We did get to check out the spa, pool and bar areas and that was a very nice area and there was plenty of people hanging around the firepits. We played pool for a good 30 minutes and enjoyed that a pool table was here! In the morning we decided to try the breakfast and I will say there was plenty available but the hot food like the eggs, potatoes and sausage tasted like it was made hours earlier and mind you we went to get breakfast about 6:45am so quite early but you don't stay at a hotel for the breakfast so that was okay we just went to a local coffee shop. We will return to this hotel in the future!:)

This is a brand new hotel. It offers breakfast with your stay that is very helpful. Unfortunately the cleaning of the property could be improved. Also upon checking in to this hotel I had to wait over an hour to receive a room. The room was tidy but not as clean as I expected. Some staff member are very helpful others not so much.

New Hotel, would have been nice to have a dinning room for dinner. Food was great and had to eat it at the bar. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was typical buffet and had good variety. Coffee was good. Pool and Jacuzzi was nice and large. Gym was clean and had free weights. The room was large and clean. Kitchen and a living room. Large TV. Nice shower.

This is a brand new hotel. When I visited the receptionist said they were 7 weeks old. I got a 1 bedroom suite and she upgraded me to the Mountain View. The living area was a bit small and the bathroom light is motion sensored. I was in the shower and the lights cut off. Other than great stay. I didn’t get a chance to partake of the pool because it was raining, not the complimentary breakfast.

No hot water. One shower taken at 1 am and 1 taken at 6 am. There was no hot water for either time. No airport shuttle after 10:00 pm. My flight landed at midnight. When I booked the room their website clearly stated 24/7 airport shuttle service. I ended up having to order and wait for an uber.
