"Old ran down and dirty. Hot tub had a fence and yellow tape and sand bags around in. Our carpet was old and filthy. The walls were dirty and holes in the walls. The furniture was old a chipped. We tried to change hotel but everything was booked."

"The room did not have steady cooling or heating in the room the two nights and three days I was there. We froze at night and sweated in the day time. Brought up concerns and nothing was ever addressed. Staff was friendly but just not on ensuring all guest were happy in their rooms "
