The room was in good shape it did need a good cleaning but everything was maintained. Carpet in good shape bed was excellent bathroom very clean. I would stay here again they just need to do a good cleaning on the building and they are set.

This property needs an overhaul. My room was facing the parking lot on the second floor by the lobby. The walkway floors were filthy and needed a good power wash. The AC in the room made really loud noises turning off and on. In general you could not escape the smell of weed everywhere you went. Many doors were left open to rooms and the cleanliness was poor.

For the price and location I think it’s fair. Monrovia is great place stay at surrounded by many restaurants, near Pasadena, great hiking trails, etc however the hotel gives old motel vibes. Because it’s much cheaper than surrounding hotels, I think the price is fair but you like updated amenities and modern design, this is not it. The pictures look better than the reality
