The kitchen has everything you need to cook a reasonably-sized meal. All the appliances functioned properly. The soap and shampoo were of good quality--my hair felt great! The room was perfectly sized for comfort and usefulness.

Checking in and out was relatively straightforward and easy. Front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned very well. There were a couple of bugs in the kitchen, and most of the things on the kitchen counter looked old and dirty. Additionally, the sink was not cleaned (you could still see streaks in the sink bowl) and the shower bath tub had some hair in it from a past guest. The lighting is also not great - feels a bit dim. It's fine if you need a quick place to stay for the night, but I would not recommend overall for longer stays unfortunately.

Was not made aware that we would be charged an additional 30 dollars for parking(15/day). Called to clarify charges to the account and was consistently interrupted and told that we were made aware. Asked the staff on the phone if they were there for our check in. Staff stated they were not but told us that it was impossible that we were not told about the additional parking charges. It is totally understandable to charge for parking and the price is not what was upsetting to us. It was the fact that we were not made aware of the charges to the card on arrival or on departure. Then argued with over the phone and told we were wrong. Not stating that we were lying but that we were wrong and there was no way that they wouldn’t have told us because that is “how they were trained”. Makes it very hard to stay there again when we are treated that disrespectfully when we were just trying to get clarification for the charge and resolve the issue. Hotel was beautiful and well kept and the breakfast was amazing however.
