Around 10:30 pm, we found a cockroach in our room, which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep. Although we were moved to another room, the situation had already affected our overall experience. I kindly suggest improving cleanliness and paying closer attention to the condition of the rooms. Also, better customer service and care for guests would make a big difference.
