"Under construction for remodel no lobby seating constant noise from machines, checking in and out chaos. Single door for arrival and departures of guest. No waiting area. Breakfast buffet adequate but extremely crowded. Small request unfulfilled. Probably will be better after remodeling but had I know I would have booked a more comfortable lodging experience. Expedia should have warned of these issues."

"Great design, very central location. We got the room with Times Square view. A bit noisy also at night, even so we stayed on the 22nd floor. But since we stayed only for 1 night, this was exactly what we wanted to be in the very center of touristic actions. Staff was friendly, but not super nice and accommodating. I wished they also offered complimentary water in the room. "

"Location really great and central and views amazing of Broadway. The gym was amazing and the glasses included are great. I did the yoga one. No room service or coffee/tea machine in rooms. No cafe but there is an I hotel bar if that’s your thing. "

"There was only 1 elevator working which can only hold 6 people . They gave away our reservation and then they gave us a room with the toilet dirty and the bed wasn’t really made . They moved us to another room and the plumbing was horrible. The water would sit on the sink , the shower wasn’t great. The tv wasn’t working well either that we have to get someone to fix it in the middle of the night. I will never stay there again"

"I recently stayed at this hotel in New York City and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The room was quite small, which I understand can be common in NYC, but the bathroom was extremely tiny and included an outdated bathtub that made it even less comfortable. The furniture in the room felt old and worn, giving the space an overall dated appearance. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much better level of comfort and quality. In my opinion, the hotel does not offer good value for money. I would not choose to stay here again and would recommend others look for better options in the area."
