They remembered our room number and names, always greeted us when we returned, and were super helpful. Rooms need some upgrading as they are older, our bathroom sink leaked, but they had everything we needed with a fridge, microwave in the room. "

"The staff was super nice, but the hotel was pretty nasty. No hot water in our first room, French fries under a chair, and a vape behind the curtain. Just general nasty feeling. The second room had hot water, but the beds where also uncomfortable and it was generally dirty."

"I booked a suite with a king sized bed and I got a single room with a double bed. When I checked in they said the room I requested was full and there was nothing else like it. So I have to take what they give me or just go somewhere else. I was in room #111 and the heating/cooling system didn't work, and the hot water in the shower didn't work."
