THE best hotel! I travelled solo to Cartagena, Colombia for the first time so was naturally nervous but couldn’t have had a better stay at OSH. This is a unique property in the buzzy Getsemani area. Every room is different but I booked Up in the Sky with a small private roof terrace and private jacuzzi. Wonderful space to relax after a hot and humid day in Cartagena. Breakfast is freshly prepared to order. Simply excellent. Sophia Hotel is fantastic hotel in the heart of the old town/centre. The rooftop pool and bar area has a lovely view and the food is good too. The music can be a little loud, but the staff are friendly and happily turned it down when we were the only couple on the roof enjoying the pool. Reception is excellent with any questions you may have and helped us immensely. The breakfast is also amazing! Thank you to the staff for such a great stay.

Nice hotel - well located; easy walk (10 minutes) to the old town. The Hotel is clean, tidy and the staff are warm and friendly; very helpful on check-in and check-out and willing and able to provide help and advice on the area. Great property - bright, airy, great condition. Nice little cafe / restaurant on-site and a swimming pool / spa on the roof. Very friendly staff. A good-sized room, but remember that it is a historic converted home, so you will likely get only internal facing windows with little sun light. Not an issue per se, but it is something to keep in mind. Great location as well - 5 minutes walk from the centre and port. I would definitely stay again.

We loved it here! I stayed with my sister and parents and we had the best time! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Tall ceilings with lovely bedding and clean towels. There was no food like tea and coffee but there were all the amenities and a supermarket very close by. The pool was lovely and the property was great. Would definitely stay again!
