We had a wonderful stay at this hotel from the very beginning. Miguel was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always offering great recommendations. We also used the travel agency next to the hotel, which was very trustworthy and convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a very nice and cozy bed. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and full of flavor, and Erika was also fantastic—she made sure our room was stocked daily with fresh towels, shampoo, hand cream, and other essentials. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. During our 8-day stay, we never needed a taxi. We felt very safe in the beautiful neighborhood at all times. The patio, pool, and overall hotel design are full of character with beautiful décor. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Steps away from the action but a tranquil place that was quiet. A nice breakfast in a peaceful courtyard. The pool was good enough and there was enough space up top to get a good stretch.

Pool area is not very big, but is still very enjoyable. Felt incredibly nice getting into the pool after a long day of strolling the streets of Cartagena in the heat. The interior of the hotel is quite nice as well. The bed was very comfortable. Location is great. Decent breakfast, but nothing groundbreaking. Overall a nice hotel that I would recommend.

Great Location and Great Staff!

This is a great hotel, perfect location as it is close to the action in Getsemani, but far enough to be quiet. The staff is excellent and the breakfast is awesome. We stayed there twice, they held our luggage while we went to Rosario for a couple of days. Would definitely recommend. Felt safe in the area at all times.

Sweet, affordable and very convenient. In lively Getsemani area but just off the main area so nice and quiet. Lovely staff, nice breakfast included. Good air conditioning, but room smelled a little damp. Rooftop pool is very small, but does the job of cooling you down!

Location is great doesn't look like much during day but at night the streets around the hotel are filled with bars and restaurants. About a ten minute walk to the Clock Tower. Lots of dining options. Breakfast was lovely in the courtyard. There is no elevator. Our room was huge but the bathroom very small.
