"I liked the nature & wildlife experience. Fair price point for the space for our (10) guest. I didn’t like the overall condition of the property. Broken & outdated appliances. Poor & unsafe outside lighting/parking. Non-functional or broken interior window/door locks, kitchen drawers. The cleaning crew was still there 30 minutes AFTER our check-inn time. Denied early-check inn. Denied late-check out."

"Cabin was new, clean, spacious, and full of fun amenities like the pool, game room, hot tub, and theater. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, a spacious refrigerator, etc. Only downfall to the cabin was its' location. It was not a 2 minute walk to Anakeesta as advertised. You had to drive a few miles down some very steep hills and turns to get to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Other than this, our stay was perfect and amazing and we really loved the cabin."

"The cabin is next to a dumpster churning trash 24/7. Trash is constantly being dumped & tons of garbage piled up which led to massive bears surrounding our cabin & preventing us from leaving. After calling they cleaned the area around the trash compactor but left multiple other bags. Our view from the windows & porch the entire trip was mounds of trash in the creek. The bears came back every night to visit the trash. Management never cleaned it up even by the time we left. The 2nd morning we...
