"The staff and services were awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was the hallway to our room. It felt like a sauna and I felt like I was gonna pass out walking through there. Other than that it was a great stay."

"This property is very clean and the staff is great. Very friendly and courteous. I loved the layout of our room, and the balcony has a great view of a stream when you look out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was great too. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold. Only one "con" was that it was right on the side of the road. Lots of cars like to rev their engines and it gets very loud. Luckily we travel with earplugs and that helped a lot. We would stay there again, as it's only 3 miles from Pigeon Forge and within walking distance of Gatlinburg sites. "
