The Courtyard hotel is excellent overall. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had one misunderstanding about breakfast: we didn't know that coupons were to be issued for a very limited breakfast (coffee or juice and a pastry or oatmeal) each day. The $24 we had spent the first day when we didn't know was refunded to us, and the staff made sure we had coupons for each day of our stay. It was rather a disappointment that the pool was closed for the entire week we stayed. The room, however, was...

The hotel itself and the staff are excellent for a family trip: great friendly service, close to lots of restaurants, very clean, good shower, everything works. We chose this hotel because it is very close to the home of family members who are ill. On one hand, its location next to the interchange between IH 635 and LBJ Freeway (30), and very close to Town East mall and many other stores made getting relatives' homes and doing shopping for them very easy. The downside of being within less than...

This is a lovely hotel, clean and tidy with amazing staff from reception, catering and cleaning. Can’t fault it as a hotel. A few restaurants nearby but not much else. If you’re coming to Dallas, Garland is a good 45 mins away by car so make sure you have one as Public transport is zero.
If you haven’t got a car be prepared to pay between $50 and $100 each way to get into central Dallas or Fort Worth…

Always stay here when working in our Mesquite branch, little further away from the office, but really nice hotel, staff and location.
Only recommendation.... bring back the oatmeal and have the fried potatoes everyday....
Really good value for money too.
