"The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel."

"We recently stayed at JW Marriott Kolkata to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was one of the most amazing and comfortable hotel stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and the housekeeping team was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. A very special mention goes to Shreya from Guest Relations. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. She truly is comfortable and memorable ensuring every personal request was handled with genuine care and professionalism. We’d also like to sincerely thank Atoshi from Guest Relations, who looked after us with such warmth and kindness that which made I feel very cared for. Shreya and Atoshi delivered the kind of luxurious, five-star hospitality that makes JW Marriott stand out. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care made our celebration even more special.
