"The outside grounds and the exterior look charming. The lobby is also very nice. Unfortunately we were given a room in the second, and apparently quite neglected, second building. The bathroom looked like it had received several paint overs and caulking applications and looked like an aging celebrity being held together by its makeup. The tub was stained and didn't drain well and a few bugs crawled out to say hello. Sorry the Disney shuttle wasn't enough."

"Bad Odor, dirty pool, bad customer service everything was so bad. Made a mistake making a reservation at this hotel. Doesn’t look anything like pictures. They have very strong odor inside the property that you can’t stand. They really need to do something about that."
