"Although in need of some modernisation, especially in the bathrooms and carpets, it’s a good and convenient hotel to stay in the Gangnam area. The airport shuttle is right outside when arriving from the airport, the bus stops are only a few minutes away. No subway nearby but it’s a nice area to walk around. "This place has wonderful and professional staff, and honestly, the rooms are decent. But here’s where it goes downhill… The weekends are packed with weddings or other events on the 5th and 7th floor. That’s not an issue, but trying to get an elevator is a real pain. Sometimes you’re pressing for an elevator, and then, the elevator is going up and down, and all over the place, but just not picking you up.
