"My Mom got terribly ill and spent a week in ICU while she was staying at this hotel. They did everything they could to help us access her room to get to her medications and her belongings. They were always so kind a quick to help her. When she was discharged from the hospital she spent another week at this hotel waiting for her new apartment to be ready and they were so kind and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy and every staff member we came across was more than kind and helpful. I highly recommend!"

"Hotel was very nice! Some small things that could be improved is the temperature in the pool cause it’s say heated but wasn’t very warm. The other thing I would say needs improvement is the towels in the room for showering. They were very small & had to use 2 to dry off. One thing that was awesome is having a nice view of the Polar Express train moving around"

"We got stuck in a snow storm and had to stop find a place to stay for the night. The staff was very warm and welcoming which was the best part of the stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, but it was the kindness of the staff both at check-in and at check-out that would make me want to stay there again. "
