"My first impression was how clean and manicured the grounds were. Check in was a breeze, again I was impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and friendliness of the staff. Parking was clean, well-marked and sufficient in size. The common areas are super well-lit at night and there are BBQ areas for guest to utilize. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The rooms are not lavish, but everything was clean and in working order. We came to visit family in the area. It was a great choice and the value for the money was super exceptional. The location is awesome. You can eat and shop within walking distance. It is close to the expressway and a short drive to Key Largo. I will definitely be staying there again in the future."

"Pretty solid place to stay for an overnight. The pictures definitely make the place look newer and nicer. However, the rooms are clean enough and have what you need. Staff and location were good. Pool area is very small. If you're a hotel eater breakfast seemed to have options. For what we paid it was a fine deal. "

"My family and I stayed here 4/1 thru 4/4 for the funeral services of one of our family members. We were a fairly large group and the staff was not only wonderful but understanding of the circumstances. The lobby was modern and perfectly designed to accomadate our group and many other guests. The bartenders at the lobby bar so welcoming. Everyone at the front desk was fantastic and told us all to let them know if there was anything we needed. Defintely recommend and will be staying here again soon!"

"We rented this property a month before we were traveling to Miami. Day before our check in I text the property owner about not receiving any information to enter the property and many hours later they responded us saying that the booking is cancelled because they had problem with the swimming pool and they will refund our full money ( which we did not get) but only recieved a partial refund with no other communication. Again I ask them and their response is plain nothing. I also recieved a separate email from Expedia which basically explained me that they property owner accidentally did double booking and that is why they cancelled ours. With 10 people on a day before our checkin i was in key west looking for a new place to live and ended up paying extra money for that. Ofcourse they didn’t even refund fully the original amount not sure i should expect anything extra on top of it. Such an unprofessional service i received from the property owner and the Expedia."
