"Metal spring sticking out of bed. Shower pressure low. Shower nozzle leaking. Toilet paper holder broken. Bath tub pipe clogged. "

"Good size room, clean and has the basic amenities. Breakfast and parking are extra. Shower, lighting and AC are a bit outdated"

"Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the TV was not connected to the WiFi and could not use any app and I love to watch Netflix and relax. I let the hotel staff know and even sent a text message to the number they text you how everything is going and if you need anything to make your stay better and they just said someone from the maintenance department was going to contact me and they never did. We left and no one cared to make sure and ask if our issue was taken care of. And this is one of the main reasons we choose to stay there. I could have chosen other hotels cheaper if I’m not going to have what I’m looking forward to and it was for my birthday too. I’m also to complain directly to the hotel. "

"I had a reservation for later in the month, when my plans changed. I made the mistake of not changing my reservation to one week later. So, I arrived about noon, unaware that I had no reservation that day. The staff worked with me to cancel the reservation the following week and actually found me a room for that day. I will always remember."

"The Palm Garden Hotel is a very nice establishment. It's quiet and a very comfortable place to stay."

"Room is clean and newly renovated. Aircon is cooling good. The only missing is hair dryer. It will be nice to have a hair dryer in the room."
