"No hot water to shower"

"Our room needed a lot of attention. The furniture was dated and significantly scratched up, the drywall by the door in the bathroom door had chunks out of it, and the idea of a frosted glass bathroom door that doesn't latch doesn't seem well thought out. Lastly, while it was nice that beach chairs were provided there was a group on rhe beach playing inappropriate music (personal speakers weren't supposed to be allowed) and used the "N" word repeatedly in their conversation with no regard to the families around them and no one addressed it. We are very disappointed in our experience there."

"Clean room, bathroom a bit on the small side. Water in the shower/ bath was not clear and the pressure was aggressive. I liked the pressure but the output was a lot. A better shower head would fix this Didn’t seem to be rust from pipes that caused the unclear water, but nontheless was able to shower fine. The other negative was the sensor light behind the tv. While the concept was nice, it was quite annoying to have to keep moving towards it for light. Especially when there wasn’t a lot of lighting in the room overall. This wound be a nice feature if it wasn’t the main light source. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return."

"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their work. Room was clean bed was very comfortable, air conditioner was great. The only issue I had was no hot water in the bathroom sink and shower just warm enough to take a shower. "

"When you arrived at the lobby, smells great! When we got to the room, it smells humid and the carpet was disgusting, it was sticky and dirty . The AC was not cooling as much and made a lot of noise. The pool needs a deep cleaning, you can see the black on the floor tiles . The gentleman working at the bar Kiki’s is either bored or doesn’t want to work And has 0 customer service , barely talks, not even Hello . I was not impressed and I don’t think I would stay at this property again and not cheap At all. I don’t understand how they could charge $600 plus for 2 nights !"

"Easy location and plenty of parking close to front of hotel which is useful with lots of luggage. Quick and easy check-in."

"Restaurant doesn’t open on day time, nowhere to buy a drink. Starbucks department doesn’t have food, closed on Sundays, prices ripped off. Our room wasn’t being cleaned. Lobby staff were lovely and very helpful. "

"The staff at check in are wonderful. I booked a group and had no problem getting everyone checked in early even with the name changes."

"The room was clean and organized—ideal for a short stay or to sleep only. Really close to the airport and few shopping plazas."
